119 Ebury Street was recognised as being amongst the best performing buildings assessed under the sustainable buildings standard BREEAM, at its annual BREEAM awards celebration at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, in London on March 3rd 2015.
Awarded the prestigious BREEAM residential award, 119 Ebury Street, is a highly sustainable refurbishment within a heritage context, comprising of a change of use from hotel to three independent duplex apartments.
